The performance app has a component to create and manage taxonomies that may be shared across performance plans. Taxonomies are pre-defined lists of keywords. They may consist of one level or multiple levels.
The ability to create and edit a taxonomy may be restricted to a specific user role. This enables all users to view taxonomies, but limits who may change taxonomies. See the section on performance app roles for details of how to assign user roles.
Users with the correct role may create or update taxonomies. See this section for details on how to create and update taxonomies.
