Each indicator in your library may be configured to include a target. If your indicator has a target you may specify that it is measured monthly, quarterly or annually.
If you link an indicator with a target to a node then the node will include the option to capture the target data for that indicator. The targets for an indicator must be captured before you begin entering performance data for that indicator.
