If you find that it is taking a long time (ie more than 15 minutes) to synchronise data, you may need to clear out your local browser databases and re-start your browser.  This often resolves these problems.


Please follow these steps:


1. Quit Chrome (ie close it completely)

2. Re-open Chrome

3. Make sure you have only one tab with BetterData open

4. With that tab active, follow these instructions

5. Refresh the page and login
