To save on bandwidth and storage space your computer or tablet will only sychronise profiles that you select for offline availability.  Hence, if you wish to be able to work offline, you must first select which profiles you need to be available to you.


When you open an App you will see a list of profiles.  The icon to the left of the profile name signals if it is only available from the server (cloud icon) or if it has been synchronised for local (ie offline) access). 

To change the status of a profile, click on it's icon.  The following prompt will appear.  Click OK to confirm.

Once you confirm the page will refresh and the icon will change to the local icon (as below).
