Before people can enter data you must assign them the data entry role on the unit (or units) in which they are working.  Once they enter and save data, it will then be sent to the person or people with the data review role.  You can learn more about roles here.


To assign a role:


(1) Open the unit for which you want to assign roles, then click on the roles page


(2) Click the + button.  The box to select the role and the person appear
(3) Select the role you wish to assign and the user you want to assign it too, then click ‘Assign role’. Repeat this process for other people and roles
(4) If you make a mistake, click the X to remove a role for a person.


Once you have assigned roles, the people with that role will see the buttons enabling them to add a group or action within a scorecard.
