- If you make a mistake or need to make a change, you may be able to edit the workflow
- When the app is set-up each workflow process is configured as editable or not. If you need to change this please contact Kwantu
- Once a workflow has been approved and completed, if it has been configured as editable, you will see an edit button
- Click the edit button to re-open the sub process
- This returns it to the step where data can be captured. Any data previously entered will be visible, but may be edited.
- A copy of the data entered before is retained and can be viewed to compare the changes
- The workflow must again go through the approval step before it is completed
