(1) Before you start
Before you can advance to the next reporting period you must:
- Have the 'Plan administrator' role. Depending on your community, the name for this role may be different.
- Be on the processes tab in the performance profile for which you want to advance the reporting period
- The performance profile must be authorised
- The nodes on the performance plan must be configured
(2) Advance to the next reporting period
To advance the reporting period:
1. Click on 'Update reporting period' in the reporting period process and click 'OK'
2. Click 'Accept' to accept the workflow assignment
3. Click 'Approve' to advance to the next reporting period
Once the period has advanced, you may click 'View' to view a summary of all reporting periods and the status for each. The current reporting period will be shown as active. This indicates that data entered for indicators will be linked to this period.
