You can record interactions with each client.  This allows you to log and track problems raised by the client.  Each interaction has a status assigned to it.  Once the status is marked as complete the workflow ends.  While the status is pending, the interaction may be assigned to the person responsible for it.

Roles


To record a new client interaction you must have the Capturer role on the client profile.

Recording a new client interaction


(1) To record a new client interaction, click on the 'Add client interaction' button.



(2) The form to record a client interaction now opens



(3) Complete the form


All fields with a red star are required.  The form will not save unless these are completed.


If the status is in progress, then the workflow will assign to the selected official when you save the form



(4) Save the form


When you save the form, you have the option to check if all fields validate, save as draft, or save and advance the workflow.  Once you save the workflow it will assign to the person selected.  They will receive a notification prompting them to open the form.


This will continue until the status is changed to complete, at which time the workflow will stop.
