All client interactions are stored in the profile for the client that they relate too.  Reports can be set-up to create a consolidated list of all interactions across clients.


The workflow box shows a summary of how many interactions have been recorded.  To view a list of all interactions click 'See all interactions'



This opens a sub-page which shows the individual interactions for that client.



To view a client interaction click on the text in blue (eg 2. Capture client interaction form).  On the page that opens, click 'View'.  A locked version of the form opens.
