To record a client service standards survey you must have the Capturer role on the client profile.
(1) Click 'Add service standards survey' button
(2) Enter the date on which the survey will be taken
The service will repeat each year on the anniversary of the date selected.
(3) The form for the survey opens
(4) Complete the form. All fields with a red star are required.
(5) Save the form
(6) Once the form is saved, the workflow will advance and the form will be locked. You may click on view to open it again.
