The community scorecard app organises data on two different levels.  The first level is a unit.  Depending on which sector you work in, this may be a school, a prison or a health facility.  Each unit can be categorised (for example a primary school or a village health unit).  The second level is a cycle, which relates to a specific scorecard that took place within a unit.  Each unit may have multiple scorecards.

Once you open a scorecard cycle you arrive on this page, which is where data related to scorecard, action plans, outcomes and so on are added and stored.
