Once your groups agree on a joint action plan, you can add each action in the plan. Each action is added separately. To add an action you must have the 'Data entry' role.
Adding an action:
(1) Open the unit and scorecard for which you want to add the action | |
(2) Click 'Add action'. The action form will open. | |
(3) Complete the action form and click 'Save and close' | |
(4) Once the form closes, you have the option to add a comment. Remember to click 'Send for approval' to send it to the data approver. |
