Once you have entered the actions for your action plan and they have been approved, you can now start monitoring the action plan. How often you choose the monitor the status of the actions is up to you and the resources you have available.
Updating the progress of the action plan enables the app to track the status of each action and determine which types of actions are being resolved, versus which are not. This in turn helps inform advocacy to resolve types of actions that groups cannot resolve locally.
Monitoring an action plan:
| (1) Open the unit and cycle in which you have added the action plan. Then click 'Monitor action plan' |  |
| (2) The form to monitor the action plan will then open. |  |
| (3) When you have completed the form, click 'Save and close'. The workflow page will load again. Remember to click 'Send for approval' |  |
