If you want to record an import story or change taking place as a result of the scorecard, you can add an outcome. For example, this might be a case where an important action agreed by the groups is completed and makes an important difference to their lives. Outcomes can be reviewed later to assess their significance and the extent to which your actions contributed to it.
| (1) To add a new outcome, go to the unit and scorecard cycle for which it relates. Then click 'Add outcome' |  |
| (2) A field appears to enter the outcome title. Enter a short descriptive title and click OK to continue |  |
| (3) The form to record your outcome opens. Complete all the questions, including those in the sections which are closed. |  |
| (4) Once you save the outcome it returns to the workflow page. Here you may enter a comment. Once you are done, click the button to send it for validation. |  |
| (5) The workflow advances to the next step, where it is assigned to person or people with the data approval role. They may re-edit the form to record the significance and contribution level. |  |
