The community scorecard app keeps a complete history of all data entered. This includes who entered and reviewed it. It also includes any edits made.
Viewing history:
| (1) Open the page where you can see a list of groups, actions or other data |  |
| (2) Click the three dots to open the option menu |  |
| (3) Then click on 'History view' |  |
| (4) The history view shows which steps have been completed, on which date and by which user. Any comments added are also shown. |  |
