Each unit may have several scorecard cycles.  Before you can start entering data, you must first add a new scorecard within the unit.  To do this you must have the App Manager role.  You can add scorecard cycles long before they are due to start.  This enables you to see them on reports and better plan the sequencing of activities.


To add a new scorecard cycle:


(1) Open the unit in which the scorecard will take place, then click on the ‘Scorecard cycles’ page
(2) Click ‘Add scorecard cycle’, enter a name and click OK.
(3) The page that opens shows boxes for each step in the scorecard process.  You must first complete the 'Scorecard cycle details' box.  Click 'Edit cycle details' to do this.
(3) Complete the form and click ‘Save and close’. The form closes and is saved and you return to the workflow page
(4) Click on the Cycle details page to see the forms available
